100 Push-ups

Don't you want to walk into the party and have your crush say to you "Have you been working out"? Try this exercise for that pre-party pump to convince everyone you have been hitting the gym hard!

Instructions:

This is a simple one: Do 100 pushups. Start with your hands on the ground, back straight and toes into the ground to keep yourself stable. Your hands should be about shoulder width apart. Bring your chest down towards the floor and then return up to your starting position, keeping your back straight the whole time.
