Airplane Chest Stretch
Whether you are sitting on a plane for 45 minutes or 10 hours, everything starts to tighten up and get sore. Use this simple chest stretch in your seat to stretch your chest and reduce the tension you feel in your chest and you will be getting off the plane revitalized and ready to go about your day!
Sit forward in your seat and put your arms behind you, palms flat on the seat. Look up slightly and open your chest up towards the ceiling, making sure you aren't overstretching by arching your back too much. You should feel it pulling on the front of your shoulders and in the center of your chest. Hold it for 30 seconds and then rest. Try it a couple times during your flight to make sure you stay stretched out throughout.
