Some people prefer to do this stretch on the floor next to the bed for stability. But you're different. You don't need no stinkin' floor. Lay on your back without a pillow. Keep your head, shoulders and both feet anchored to the bed and slowly lift your butt toward the ceiling until your thighs, hips and back are aligned. Hold this stretch for ten seconds then lower your butt to the bed.
