Baby Bench Squat
Have you ever taken the baby to the park, walked around and then sat down for a rest, only to think "I wish I could get a better workout"? Well now you can by doing these baby bench squats! Ignore the weird looks and strengthen those hips, back and legs and make baby happy at the same time!
Start in a seated position with baby tucked in to your body. Sit on the edge of the bench and then stand up by pushing up through your legs. Make sure you keep those knees back behind your toes and keep your back straight. Repeat it as many times as you can until baby wants a change of scenery.
