Baby Doctor Visit Leg Stretch
When you are driving all over town to get baby to doctors visits and more diapers, your legs can get pretty tight. Use your time at the doctor while waiting to stretch out your legs and get on with your day without any issues.
Instructions:
With the baby up on the table, bend over at your waist with your legs straight. You should feel the stretch in the back of your thighs and calves. Hold that position while you play with your baby for 30 seconds and then come up and repeat one more time while you wait for the doctor (which knowing doctors could take a while!).
