Bar Stool Leg Workout
You're unlikely to break a sweat with this leg workout in a bar, but if the opportunity arises why not give it a try? I mean you are already working out your arm by holding a beer mug right?
Find yourself a bar stool and sit quite far out on the edge. Keep your legs elevated in a straight angle and hold the position for as long as you can without resting your feet on the footrest.
