Basket Lift Shopping
These days, you are stretching and doing micro-workouts everywhere you go, even the grocery store. Grab a basket, take out the list and let's get 'er done. Basket lifts are such a simple and subtle exercise, you may not even recognize it as a workout- but it is. And you'll be multi-tasking as you sculpt your arms while you shop. Be careful though, you may have to do more sets if you fill your basket with chips and soda, so choose wisely!
Don't overthink this one. It's meant to be very simple as you carry a basket with healthy ingredients. Holding the basket with your dominant arm, bend and lock your elbow slightly, approximately 45 degrees. Lift and lower the basket, concentrating all of the effort on your shoulder joint. Do 15 reps before switching arms and repeating. Modify this exercise to a basic curl by holding the basket with your palm and forearm facing up, then lift and lower the basket repeatedly.
