Bed Assisted Pistol Squat

This doesn't actually require a gun to complete but if you do enough of them, people are gonna look at your legs and say "look at those guns!" Pistol squats are one of the hardest leg exercises so having the bed behind you will help you complete them without causing pain in your knees.

Instructions:

Get out of bed, stand by your bedside and shift your weight onto one leg. Start by lifting one leg and bringing your bottom back towards the bed while bending your knee. When you touch down lightly on the bed, bring yourself back up using only one leg. The less you touch down on the bed, the harder this exercise will be.
