Bed Chin Tuck and Belly Stretch
You want to go to bed but you have a whole bedtime routine right? Well let's add something that will actually help you get to sleep by relaxing your body and getting your neck prepped for the night time so you can stay in a good position and not wake up the next morning with a headache.
Instructions:
Lay across your bed so you are hanging your legs off one side and your head off the other. Your belly is going to get a stretch by hanging your arms above your head and legs off the bed on the other side while your head is going to do a chin tuck by bringing your chin towards your chest, making a double chin. Make sure you are doing a small motion with your chin, not a large motion or else you will put too much strain on your neck.
