It's not the workout in the bedroom most people would think of but trust us, this one will get your heart rate up too! These bed pushups will work your arms, strengthening and toning them but also aren't as hard as regular pushups. Try them first thing in the morning to get your guns trained.
Start in standing, move your feet back and put your hands down on the bed. Make sure you are stable and flat as a board with your weight through your arms. Then bring yourself down towards the bed by bending your elbows, keeping your back flat and stomach tight. Return to your starting position and repeat.
