Bed Torso Stretch
Toss the pillows and kick off the covers. It's time to stretch. You'll thank us later, and by later we mean two or three minutes from now when you're done with the Bed Torso Stretch. You've probably guessed by now, but this stretch is good for your core muscles of your torso.
Instructions:
Tighten your stomach muscles and bring your arms out to your side. Cross one leg over the other and slowly lower the knee to the bed. Focus on keeping your head and shoulders flat on the bed and abdominals tight during the stretch. It's OK to assist the stretch by applying gentle downward pressure on your knee. Hold this position for 30 seconds then return to center and repeat with the other leg.
