No one wants the flabby arm so work on it first thing in the morning with a bed triceps exercise. Your triceps are in the back of your upper arm and they control your elbow extension. That area is also notorious for getting flabby so work on your arm tone with this exercise as well as strength.
Sit on the edge of the bed with your hands on the bed next to you. Bring your body off the side of the bed while supporting your body weight through your arms. Bring your body down by bending your elbows and then bring yourself back up. The softer your bed, the harder this exercise will be. You can also make this harder by bringing your hands behind you more.
