Bedside Crunches

It's everyone's dream to wake up, walk out of bed and show off that 6 pack of abs. The only way you can do that is if you actually get up and work on those abs every day! Start early in the day to get those abs in tip top shape and show off those abs to all of your friends.

Instructions:

Get on the ground and put your arms behind your head. Bring your head and shoulders up to contract your stomach and then return to the ground. Repeat until those abs are burning and then go about your day, showing off that six pack.
