Bedside Outer Hip Stretch
You might look at the picture and think to yourself, "I'm trying to stretch, not break my hip!" Well trust us, this wont break your hip and in fact it's a great stretch to open up your hips first thing in the morning. Your bed provides a great, soft landing place for your hip and leg and will start your day with a super stretch on the outside of the hip.
Start in standing and bring your hip up onto the bed. You want to try to get your thigh facing straight forward and your lower leg perpendicular to your body. To get a bigger stretch in that position, stand up straight and try to bring that knee back towards your body more. Hold it for 30 seconds and then repeat on the other side.
