Bedside Plank

You laid on your back all night, now is the time to get out of bed and start to strengthen your back and core so you don't get any back pain. Planks are great ab exercises that shouldn't cause your back any pain and will get your day started well.

Instructions:

Start with your elbows directly below your shoulders with your back flat, stomach tight and legs stretched out behind you. Hold this position for 30 seconds or as long as you can.
