If you want to work on your form for night time activities, you gotta start by getting your arms strong! Get out of bed and first thing make sure you do some pushups to get those arms strong and get your ready for your daily (and night time) activities).
Get out of bed and get on the floor on your stomach. Put your hands underneath your shoulders, feet on the ground and keep your body flat as a board. Push yourself up by straightening your arms and then bring yourself back down to the ground by bending your elbows. Bring yourself up and down while keeping your body straight, getting as close as you can to the ground before coming back up.
