You have a busy day in front of you with all of that sitting down and standing up. Make sure you're prepped for it with these bedside squats first thing in the morning. These will get your legs stronger and get your hips, back and legs moving and ready for a full day of up and down.
Start by the side of your bed in standing with your arms out in front of you. Bring yourself up and down by bending your knees, trying to keep yourself upright with your hips back and knees not going forward over your toes. Repeat until your hips and leg muscles are burning.
