Car Headrest Chin Tuck
Looking down at your computer, phone, tablet, and book all day can really get your neck feeling sore by the early afternoon everyday. Since you already spend your commute bored and furious at the car in front of you, might as well add in this easy exercise to strengthen the back of your neck and relieve some of that pain.
Sit upright in your car with the back of your head gently grazing the headrest. Keep your head level and eyes out front (should be looking at the road anyway). Clench your teeth and with your shoulders remaining still, pull your chin backwards and feel the back of your head push into the headrest. Hold the position for 5 seconds. Relax and repeat four more times.
