Car Wheel Finger Stretch

If you have ever had a finger cramp you know it's one of the most painful things you can ever imagine. Ok, we might be exaggerating that slightly but trust us, it is painful! Avoid that pain by doing this finger stretch while you are driving and you have some time on your hands (pun intended)

Instructions:

With both your hands on the wheel, bring one of your fingers out and put it against the wheel. Push that finger down into the wheel keeping it extended and hold it outstretched for up to 30 seconds. Go finger by finger around the wheel to stretch the whole hand and then move onto the next hand.
