It's probably the last thing on your mind but just wait until someone asks you to reach for the last piece of pizza and you can't. Then you will wish you had done your chest stretch when you woke up like we all do at hip.fit (ok maybe not really, but we try!). Use this chest stretch to open up your chest and allow your shoulder to move better.
Start with your arms in front of you and then shift one arm to the side and then back. You can use something to hold onto when you get your arm all the way out to the side and back. Make sure you feel the stretch in both the front of your shoulder and in your chest. Hold it for 30 seconds, switch sides and be ready to grab any leftover pizza you need to.
