Childs Pose in Bed
Kids are always able to sleep so channel your inner kid and try this childs pose to help you get to sleep at night. Childs pose helps to stretch out your hips, back and calm your breathing all in one simple move.
Instructions:
Start by kneeling on your bed and sit back onto your heels. Stretch yourself out in front, trying to stretch through your back out in front of you while you keep your butt on your heels or as close as you can get. Hold it for 30 seconds and then try to fall asleep.
