Next time you are at a party and someone tells you to raise the roof, you will know how to do it because you practiced on your commute to work. Just lifting your arms up to the roof will get you moving and stronger so you can start your day feeling energized at work.
While sitting in traffic or at a stop light, reach your hands up and touch the ceiling. This is more of a stretch so hold that position for 30 seconds or as long as you can and then relax and get back to driving.
