Hip.fit's couch crunches will wake you up and get the blood pumping. This exercise is a little more demanding than others but we know you can do it. Sit all the way back into the couch and place your arms either behind your head or straight out in front of you. Pull your feet up off the floor. Move your trunk forward and raise both legs slightly toward the ceiling. Concentrate on drawing your navel to the back of your spine. Return to the back of the couch and repeat for one minute.
