Couch Decline Push-up
Sometimes you are sitting on the couch for hours watching TV, sometimes you are using that couch to get your arms and chest jacked! Use this exercise to get off the couch and get your upper body stronger so you can do more heavy lifting.
Start with your legs up on the couch and your arms underneath you on the ground. Keep your back flat and your core tight while you do a pushup, trying to bring your body down towards the floor and then back up to the starting position. Try these for 30 seconds at a time, rest and then repeat during the next commercial break.
