Crunches

Remember middle school physical education classes? Crunches are classic abs and core strengthening exercise to best develop your upper abs. Don't forget your lower abs and obliques though.

Instructions:

Get on the ground and put your arms behind your head. Bring your head and shoulders up to contract your stomach and then return to the ground. Repeat until those abs are burning and then go about your day, showing off that six pack.
