Double Wrist Rotation
When you wonder how many times to do this one, does infinity sound right? Yeh maybe infinity is too many times to make the infinity sign with your wrist but you should do it as much as possible to get your wrist and forearm moving better with less pain.
Start by interlocking your finger together and bringing your wrists close together. Keeping your fingers locked up tight and your wrists as stable as you can, move your wrists in a figure eight motion side to side to open up your wrist joints. Repeat this for up to 30 seconds and then take a break.
