Downward Facing Dog
Yoga is for the dogs, in a good way! Channel your inner pup and show off your downward facing dog to improve your breathing, your hip and chest mobility and improve your core strength all in one simple motion.
Start on your hands and knees and lift your butt up into the air while trying to bring your arms straight and your knees straight. You want to try to sink backwards with your butt and pull it up towards the sky so you feel the strain not through your shoulders but more through your legs. Hold this position for as long as you can, up to 30 seconds and then take a break.
