Fingertip Flexion

The Finger Flexion is an exercise for finger range of motion. If you type on the keyboard or computer, play video games or piano for long duration of time, this is a good one for you.

Instructions:

Hold both hands with fingers pointing toward ceiling. Then relax and slowly bend your fingers at the knuckles and hold for 5 seconds. To complete the exercise just separate and straighten your fingers once more. Repeat 5-6 times.
