Choose a cast-iron pan with a weight that will challenge you.
Grab a clean frying pan by the handle and stand up straight with your abs tight and your arms at your side. Begin with your elbow snug against your ribs, flex your elbow and bend your arm, lifting the pan in front of you. Now, slowly extend your arm and return the pan to the start position. Do ten to 15 repetitions. Now you're cooking!
