Garbage Bag Curls
Not a lot of kids grow up wanting to be a garbage man but if you only knew how strong those guys are, you would be wanting to take out the garbage all the time! Curling those garbage bags gets your arms stronger and keeps you from getting bored while taking out the trash.
Start with the garbage bag down by your side with your arm extended. Bring your arm up by bending your elbow and lift the bag up. Try to just move your arm and not compensate with the rest of your body. Repeat until you feel those biceps burning and then switch sides. Make sure you finish by taking the trash out so you don't get in trouble for not doing your chores.
