Half Gas Release Pose
This move is technically also called single knee to chest but we think a fart related title really gets to the essence of the move. This pose will help you stretch out your low back, hips and most importantly, release some much needed gas!
Start on your back with your legs straight. Lift your knee up towards your chest, pulling your knee closer using your arms. Keep your back down, making sure to not strain too much and let your back stretch a little bit as you pull up. Change to the other leg and then get up a little lighter on your feet.
