High Knees Running In Place

Have you ever gotten to the end of the day and you are short on steps? Try this exercise to "cheat the system" and get a bunch of steps so you get credit for that hard work you're putting in. High knees running in place will get that heart pumping and work your whole body.

Instructions:

Start in standing and while running in place, lift your knees high with each step. Stay in one spot and try to go as quickly as you can while bringing your knees to the same height each time. Repeat for 30 seconds and then take a well deserved break.
