You probably look at this exercise and think "I can do this one, no problem". Well trust us, it's harder than it looks! The hinge is a simple motion but it can really tone those glutes, hamstrings and core muscles so that you are nice and strong and can stay stable whenever you are getting lucky.
Start in a kneeling position on both knees, back straight. You want to try to lean back from this position while keeping your back straight, contracting your abdominals to hold yourself upright throughout before you bring yourself back to the starting position, continuing to keep yourself straight up and down throughout.
