You might not think an little worm is impressive but trust us, those little guys can move and they have no arms or legs! They use their abs to get around everywhere and you can too if you really practice this exercise. *Note: You will not be able to crawl everywhere with this exercise, nor should you. You would never get very far, but its a fun idea right?!*
Start in a standing position with your stomach nice and tight. Bend over at your waist, trying to go down and touch the floor with your hands if you can. Next, get your hands on the floor and bring your legs behind you so you get into a plank position with your arms out in front of you. Keep your stomach tight the whole time so you dont put too much pressure on your back. From that position, return to the starting standing position and repeat as many times as you can in 30 seconds.
