Kegel Laying Down
You can't lay down all day long if you want to get in shape they always said. Well, prove them wrong by working on your core while you lay down with these kegels laying down.
Start by laying down on your back with your knees bent. Find your hip bones with your hands, move your hands in towards your belly button by an inch or so and keep them there. Now tighten the muscle underneath your fingers not by holding your breath but by contracting your core muscles and trying to drop your belly button down to your spine.
