Kegel Sitting on Floor
We don't think you can get a 6 pack doing Kegel's sitting there all day but we also don't know for sure that you won't. Give it a try and get those core muscles stronger and improve your night time abilities as having a stronger core can help you last longer in bed and can help with your posture throughout the rest of the day.
Start in sitting, either with your legs out in front of you or tucked underneath. You will then try to tighten your core muscles while breathing normally by pulling your belly button back into your spine and holding that position. Hold that for as long as you can and repeat as often as you can as those deep core muscles are endurance muscles and have to be continually trained for proper performance.
