Kiss Me Baby Push-up
Kiss me baby one more time takes on a new meaning when you have to do one more push up. Your arms will be tired but that baby is great motivation to keep going and work on getting your chest and arms stronger.
Start in a push up position with your baby underneath your face. Bring your body down towards the floor by bending your elbows while keeping your body straight and core engaged. Give your baby a kiss and then return to your starting position. Repeat as many times as you can in 30 seconds.
