Two Leg Pull-In

Knee to Chest Back Stretch

Have you ever had back pain from carrying the team? We split the work at hip.fit so we don't get a lot of back pain but if your back is tired from carrying the team, try this stretch to help loosen it up. This stretch will loosen up your back and reduce your pain so that you can get back to your day quickly.

Instructions:

Start by laying down on your back with your knees bent. Bring your knees up towards your chest and grab around your knees. Pull in with your arms to give yourself more of a stretch, even pulling your tailbone off the ground a little bit. Hold that stretch for 30 seconds and you should feel your low back loosening up. Make sure when you put your legs back down you do it slowly and keep your abs tight while you do it so you don't flare your back up again.
