Leaning Forward Shoulder Stretch

Leaning Forward Shoulder Stretch

If you have ever seen someone in the middle of a coding session you might have noticed how they are looking like a hunched old man over that computer. Use this stretch to both stand up, take a break and release your shoulders and your chest.

Instructions:

Stand up and lock your hands behind your back with your arms straight. Bring your arms back as far as you can, feeling the stretch in your shoulders and chest and bending over. Hold this position for 20-30 seconds and then come up and get back to coding with better posture.
