Leg Raise Kitchen

Stabilize your body by gripping the edge of a counter if you have difficulty with balance during exercise. Move away from the stove and stand tall to the side of your counter. Place the other hand on your hip. Extend your top leg, lock your knee and simply raise your leg toward the ceiling. Avoid abrupt swings and leg thrusts, just take it easy and raise it as high as you can. Keep your hips aligned- not tilted too far forward.
