Levator Scapula Stretch

Even a micro-workout can make you sweat. The best part about the Levator Scapula Stretch is you get to do a covert armpit check while you're at it. Whether or not you remembered to put on anti-perspirant, there's nothing to be embarrassed about as you work out that pesky knot in your shoulders. At the end of a stressful day, relieve tension with the scapula stretch and never let 'em see you sweat.

Instructions:

Place one hand on the back of your head and the other behind your back or on a chair for shoulder stability. Relax your neck and shoulders and gently pull your head forward, dropping your nose to your armpit, until you feel a soothing stretch in the back and sides of your neck. Hold for 30 seconds and repeat as often as you want.
