Place one hand on the back of your head and the other behind your back or on a chair for shoulder stability. Relax your neck and shoulders and gently pull your head forward, dropping your nose to your armpit, until you feel a soothing stretch in the back and sides of your neck. Hold for 30 seconds and repeat as often as you want.
