What good is rolling around on a noodle going to do for me? Trust us, it will go a long way towards relieving your back pain and it is a lot harder than you might think it is. But give it a try and try to loosen up that low back a little more.
Start with the foam roll behind you and then lift yourself up so you are sitting on the foam roll. Keeping your back straight while you roll, roll forward and backwards to have the foam roll push on your low back repeatedly. You should feel pressure on your low back but you shouldn't feel too much pain overall. If you do feel pain you will want to release some pressure to reduce any pain you are feeling.
