Manual Cooking
It's not the 1950's so we don't expect you to ignore all technology but trust us, put down that mixer and mix by hand so you can get a heavy duty kitchen workout. Manual cooking is great for your arms to strengthen and tone the muscles. And it doesn't take that much longer than using that automatic mixer!
Instructions:
With the bowel in one hand, tucked against your hip, use your other hand to mix the batter. This isn't a hard exercise and its not too complicated but trust us, within 30 seconds you will have to switch hands because you will be getting tired.
