Marching Hip Raise
If you are someone who likes to show off your ability to pat your head while your rub your tummy, have we got an exercise for you! Try this marching hip raise to work on your abs, glutes and increase your stability to take some pressure off your back. Plus you get to impress everyone at parties with your new exercise you can pull off.
Start by laying on your back with your knees bent. Bring your bottom up by pushing through your legs and squeezing your glutes. Once you are up and flat, try to march a leg up. Make sure you keep your hips up the whole time and don't let them sag. Repeat with the other leg and then drop your hips down.
