Morning Bend

People tell you to get more sleep if your tired but in reality, you might just have to work harder to boost your energy. Use this morning bend get your low back loosened up when you get out of bed and boost your energy.

Instructions:

Start in a standing position, feet spread apart to have your feet under your shoulders. Bend at your waist with your arms up at your head, bending as far as you can without rounding your back. Repeat over the course of 30 seconds and then get on with your day.
