Mountain Climbers

Have you done a plank and thought "too easy"? Have you jogged in place and thought "I could do this all day"? Well then we have an exercise for you! Mountain climbers are the exercise that gets you jogging in place, while you stay in a plank, working your abs, shoulders, hips and back. And if you thought both those exercises were hard enough, well tough luck, you should still do some mountain climbers!

Instructions:

Start in a plank position with your body flat as a board, arms underneath your shoulders. Make sure you have shoes that can grip or else you will slide all over the place. Start by bringing one of your legs up towards your chest and then quickly switch it to the other leg coming up. It is basically like you are climbing a mountain. Try to go as fast as you can alternating your legs up towards your chest until you can't do anymore...or you hit 30 seconds, whichever comes first!
