This stretch is for the head banger side found somewhere in all of us. So change your pandora station to some Rock n' Roll for this one. Neck flexion and extension stretch helps the muscles and joints of neck loose and mobile.
Alternate tilting your head forwards, as if your were going to look downwards towards your feet, with tilting your head backwards as if your going to upwards towards the ceiling. Perform each 10x, holding each for 3 seconds
