Office Corner Chest Stretch

Office Corner Chest Stretch

For all of you office and computer workers, this one is for you. Slouching at that desk or computer (And yes, you CAN still slouch at your beloved standing desk) leading to tightness in the muscles in the front of your chest and shoulders. This stretch helps to open up the chest and bring the shoulders back in line with the trunk.

Instructions:

Find a corner of your office (or room at home). Face the corner with your feet staggered, and your forearms and palms against the wall. Next, drive your whole trunk, by pushing off your back leg, until you feel a gentle stretch in your stretch. Don't let your lower back arch drive into the corner. Be sure not to stretch into any pain.
