Office Shoulder Stretch
A lot of tension can build up in the back of the shoulders. Those rotator cuff muscles can tighten up whether your pumping iron for #gains, or perpetually opening that file cabinet from 1998. So if you're CrossFit fanatic or have a stressful desk job, this stretch will help you lengthen the muscles in the upper back and shoulders, relieving your pain for good!
With the elbow straight, pull your arm across the chest. Be sure not so shrug your shoulder! Keep it locked down and stable. Place the opposite hand above the elbow to bring your arm further across the body until you feel a stretch.
