Office Wall Angel

Do this Wall Angel in the office or at home, just find a wall! The Wall Angel is a great stretch to open the shoulder joint capsule, stretch the chest muscles, and improve forward head posture. Great for desk workers! Be patient with this exercise and you will get great results


Stand with your back against a wall with arms raise to 90 degrees. While making contact with your head, wrists, elbows and shoulders, slide your arms up and down the wall as shown.
